School Staff Headteacher Mrs Brown is a consultant Headteacher working at Old Buckenham during Mr Kelly's absence. Mrs Brown enjoys travelling and has visited many countries around the world. Mr Jones is working alongside Mrs Brown as acting Headteacher for two days each week. Deputy Headteacher and Class 5 Teacher Mr Jones is the Deputy Headteacher, Acting headteacher and Year Five teacher. He is the Numeracy and INSET co-ordinator. Mr Jones plays squash and is teaching his son to swim. Reception Teacher Miss Cockburn is the Reception Class Teacher, the EYFS/Key Stage1 leader and the SEN co-ordinator. She has two dogs called Wellington and Nelson. She loves reading and her favourite book is 'Pillars of the Earth' by Ken Follett. Class 1 Teacher Mrs Askew is the Class 1 teacher. She loves art and bakes the most delicious cakes. She always has a smile on her face! Mrs Askew is subject leader for PSHEt, History and Geography. Class 2 Teacher Miss Lewis is currently on maternity leave. She is enjoying her new role as a mum.. She enjoys cycling. She has recently travelled around South America. Class 3 Teacher Mrs Draper currently teaches in class 3, Monday to Wednesday. She is subject leader for R.E.and the Environment. Mrs Draper enjoys being outside as much as possible, playing and gardening with her little boy Solomon. Class 3 Teacher (part time) Mrs Newton is Class 3 teacher. Class 4 Teacher Miss Murgatroyd is currently teaching class 4. She has a keen interest in languages and is an enthusiastic player and coach of hockey, having played at a high level. Class 5 Teacher (Part time) Mr Aldrich is Class 5 teacher (Part time). Class 6 Teacher Miss Allman is the year six teacher,Literacy Co-ordinator and is responsible for leading Key Stage 2. She is doing a very good job and year six love her as a teacher! Caretaker Mr Blackburn is our caretaker. He likes fishing and watching football. His favourite colour is green and he once biked from London to Norwich to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital. School Secretary Mrs Kennett is our SUPER school secretary. Mrs Kennett is very tall! She likes swimming, being with her family and walking her two dogs. Mrs Kennett's dad filmed 'Star Wars'!how cool.
